Order Handling Playbook
1. Capture the order
Use the quick intake form or full order screen to record customer details, due date, and priority.
2. Attach artifacts & pricing
Select trophy designs from the Artifact catalog, set quantities, and confirm pricing.
3. Send to production
Once confirmed, create Production Jobs for each order item so workshop staff can start work.
4. Monitor and hand off
Track status until jobs are marked Ready for Pickup, then notify the customer and close the order.
